The types 321, 322 and 323 are stationary, tandem-active double cartridge mechanical seals with integrated barrier fluid pumping assistance. The double pressure balancing of the seal faces on the product side ensures one the one hand that the seal faces do not open in case of pressure reversal. and on the other that the balancing for reducing the friction values is present under all pressure conditions.
The respective product versions differ by their seal chamber cross-sections.
